Morgan, I spoke to NITE investor relations today. They assured me that there is no news that they are aware of that has let to this decline. There is no negative news released from from the company. The IR guy talked about market irrationality and being lumped with the OLBs. He mentioned that they have been getting a lot of requests for PR, but stated that this would make NITE appear unprofessional (i.e., reporting positive news when there is no news to report). I believe the selling is due to a combination of things: fear, not well understood business-model & growth prospects, margin calls, market. To top it all off, someone is exploiting all this uncertainty in a big way. Joseph
