Yes it has, but this is the third recycle for me. All are positive (so far), but it's the sharp spikes that are a bit harrowing. FWIW, I don't think it will take until the end of the year to hit the teens. CUST and its brethren will be reamed out in the fall. We're not seeing as much tolerance for losers like this to hold up their outrageous valuations.
