Sure, Toledo Beach is looking good.

I've only heard a vague idea of what's going on there. Personally, I don't have an idea of when an announcement might happen, but I'm not expecting it in the next two or three weeks. I believe we're talking about a major development, one that is larger than the casino. There will no doubt be stages and steps. One thing I don't think we'll be worrying about is zoning or regulatory approvals, but these are early days - not super early, but still early. Oddly, I think it's possible that before we hear about Toledo Beach, there may be information coming from the company on one or two other matters that probably none of us anticipated. I'm not trying to be vague; I just don't know any more.

I really encourage anyone who's been out of touch with the company for a while to give them a ring and see if you can get a sense of what's in the wind. One thing I'm confident of is that the company is in no way dependent on what the GLB decides to do. I'm certain that Sungold is driving aggressively ahead with other development options. Another thing is that my dream about the name change may not be far off the mark. It's clear in any case that Sungold is not restricting itself to projects that involve gaming.

KH also said that the company had a booth, and he spoke at a large investors' conference in Anaheim last week. I believe there are several radio show talks, one in NYC (not with Taxin), as well as several on-line presentations coming up within the next couple of weeks. The marketing campaign appears to be racheting up a notch or two.

I'm not trying to get anyone super-excited, or suggest they run out and buy, or anything like that. I think there may still be time around this level. My point is that events which some of us had hoped would occur shortly after getting on the electronic board, seem now to be falling into place. Over the next two or three months I feel that we'll see some good appreciation.

From the seller's perspective, I believe that those investors whose sellpoint comes up within the next dollar or two, should have a good chance to swap their shares for cash. If I were short, I wouldn't wait a whole lot longer to cover.
