I am aware Phelps Dodge has inactive contracts... Posted that before. Until they finally get the deal closed and the mining in operation there is nothing to do. Hey it might not close and all this is nothing more than ridiculous fun at posting.

But there is no operation. WV is one part of the acquistion and SMMC is another. Not much on WV and SMMC is a new corporation.

SO take your pick.
