IntechNet to offer unlimited Net use at Rs 8,500 per year. JPR: Here we go Internet for Rs 8500/year,now we are getting somewhere,I am sure others will follow as soon as these folks implement this new service. economictimes.com intechnet.net PS:Rediff had some good articles by prominent political pundits in India on Parliamentary Vs Presidential system,I couldn't find the link but they did elaborate on the pros and cons of both with respect to India.If I find it again I will let you know.
