Brian, lucky for me I don't need AOL to connect to this net. I do this with my thought process. :-) You management boys at AOL deserve a lot of credit for coming from nowhere and becoming no. 1 with 8 million users. The fact of the matter is Prodigy may have clumsy user interface, but in many aspects it is a superior service to AOL. They just didn't know how to keep the good customers. Now that they seem to realize it, perhaps it is too late for you all on-line service providers. You just can't compete with the deep pockets of the phone companies. BTW, 2 years from now who would you like as your boss? AT&T, MCI or Sprint. I can't see it that clearly now! :-)
Wheather you like it or not, AOL is a trading vehicle. I can't believe that any rational person, other than some brain-dead fund-managers, will think of it as an investment vehicle.
-Nostradamus. (to put in your words, wacky - may be. Brain-dead, NO!)
