Retail Sales as an indicator of future consumer expectations: dailynews.yahoo.com All the stocks that I track in the sector got whacked at the close, after showing isolated strength due to an upgrade of shoe stocks. SHOO acted weak all morning despite getting a positive mention as one of the bright spots in the sector.
