Walter: Both of these companies are works in progress. Entertainment Internet is primarily involved in a web based casting service. They are also starting up an e-commerce division to market services to actors and aspiring actors. They are seeking international exposure and markets. I suggest a visit to the company web site: eini.net See their news releases as well. What synergistic outcome is available to MVEE shareholders is a matter of conjecture. The most obvious outcome is that the problematical large number of outstanding shares is dramatically reduced. That, hopefully, will increase share price, and reduce share volatility. Steve
