Steve, I have yet to be able to access www.eini.net. I don't think it exists. www.castnet.>> seems to work but nothing on eini.net. Please try your own reference. Check out EINI's financials for 1998 (see PR's under Yahoo). They weren't WORTH much of anything. I've been told that the audit is complete and filing with the SEC (and I assume release of financials) should be by the end of the month. I don't think BOOK VALUE has anything to do with the nature of this deal. Nevertheless, I DO NOT believe that MVEE shareholders are getting a great deal. JMHO ... but then again I am a MVEE shareholder. EINI shareholders may be worried this will drag down their stock EVEN further. later, leroyt
