Some of you will realize that I have not posted here in quite some time. In fact, I have not owned any FNTN for several months now. I had hoped that this latest filing would provide some incentive to get back in. It's not to be, I'm afraid.

After an admittedly brief glance at the SB/2A, it appears to me: 1) the company may be sold out from underneath you at fire sale prices (i.e. heavy dilution is likely at or near the present stock prices), and 2) the fact that the "maximum" offering price keeps dropping indicates that management is desperate for funds at whatever cost to existing shareholders.

I understand that many or most of you will not want to hear this opinion and keep in mind that that is all that it is - an opinion. For better or worse, I have no intention of investing in FNTN again unless there is some overwhelmingly positive move towards implementation of a plan to actually move the company forward. Presently, I just don't see it.
