Another run for the books. I didn't think I'd need to, but here's how that trendline of the 6/10 and 7/14 highs extends: Mon 8/09 69.33 Tue 8/10 69.89 Wed 8/11 70.45 Thu 8/12 71.00 After today's close (68 3/16, that 68 13/16 is either a paint job, a typo, or some after-hours gouge), 70 (!) is doable with just one more re-iteration before the open. (ING Barings was making some noise over the weekend and then officially re-iterated today; Gerard Klauer was pounding the table at CBS Market Watch this morning, maybe tomorrow's their turn.) I'll be increasing my short position tomorrow by 50% at 69 1/4. If they don't come and get me, that suits me fine. BTW, some fund bozo was blabbing today at 2:42 PM how he was holding a lot of MU. (A tip of the hat to the yahoo bunch.) Check out today's graph, huh? Wonder how much less he was holding an hour later. That transfer was definitely from the strong to the weak.
