Hello All,

It appears to me that NITE is headed to the mid 20's or lower. Here is why.

Untill recently it was being treated as a growth stock , and the growth rate numbers being thrown around were 40% 50% etc. and therefore it was being proposed that $2 (next years earnings) times 50% growth is $100, therefore NITE was a buy.

Now all of a sudden people are saying wait a minute, is NITE going to have a qtr over qtr increase in earnings ? The answer is may be not, because of the collapse in the net stocks and also all the high fliers comming to earth.
So the question is how to value NITE ??

In my opinion it is being valued as a brokerage stock with a track record of only a few years. and these trade @ p/e any where from 8 to 20 except SCH

So the questions are, can it really make $2 next year and then $3 the following year and so on, and if not then what p/e to award it.

Since there is no clear answer, the best thing to do is sell.

After all the stock was $2 less than a year ago!!

Trying to guess where it will stop going down is tough.

Besides there are so many great bargains out there now, in known entities, why mess with the unknown ?

Best wishes

Prasanna
