Seems like SI is getting some attention on RB recently. some has been directed to me regarding that IMO any deal that MPTV
enters into will be a true partnership 50/50. Some say 70/30, 80/20 and whatever else anyone who wants to put their two cents worth in wants to predict.
To clarify, from the inception of my decision to invest my primary concern was assets vs. liabilities and did MPTV possess the necessary intellectual capital to
market a sound business plan. With hard assets / liabilities being in proportion and with consideration of future value I jumped in. Since that time I check with them periodically to just ask if their goals are still intact and are they progressing. The answer as of my last conversation YES. IMO, a win together, lose together deal is exactly what they need. To work with some mutual trust and respect with a partner on a common goal. As equals they will can exercise their mutual strengths and use this synergistically to accomplish their respective goals. Along with all this is a very simple and fundamental quesiton;
Do you believe them??? Well either you will all call me crazy while I am in the breadline or I will be buying you all a drink in LasVegas at he much anticipated Lake Trop Party. In short, yes I do believe them!
Its not easy for me either as my position is very strong and long so remember whatever the outcome my goal is the same. To make some money to make our lives a little less stressful.'
