Charles,
I basically agree. Never the less, a little tougher for Intel if they are a speed grade behind but the Coppafeel should be cheap to make, die size wise. Also remember that the Celeron was sacrificed to regain market share in the low end. The Pentium II-III was relatively unphased. Now there is a silicon-bullet pointing right at it.
I suspect that Intel will sacrifice some margin to hold on to market share.
