Data for the top three institutional holders is in for the second quarter (thanks, Spyros). As others have indicated, both Shaker and Lord Abbett increased their positions, while Wisconsin's position was unchanged. While increased volume was observed for the last 2/3 of June, the really big volume didn't get rolling until July. It's therefore sort of difficult to fully evaluate this data. However, it leans, IMO, to the same place that other observations have led..... manipulation.

Quick question.... the process of undeclared shorting has been discussed in the thread. Is it legal?
