BB - I'm not sure what will happen but don't see how the market could view this as anything other than positive for INEL. Poor INEL, has been such a dog for so long now. This sale makes wonderful sense to me. INEL can rid themselves of their, not profitable for years, reseller division & IM, which is very good in that arena, would gain desirable territory cheap. Sanford & Norris could turn their attention to XLCT & the remaining business and try to make something out of them (XLCT is already profitable & should get better). However, Richard Sanford has proven himself in the past of being able to take a winner & turn it into a big loser & I'm afriad the street will have that in mind regarding this proposed deal. At any rate, I'll be watching closely next week and any signs of life or a spike upward of INEL will allow me to rid myself of my shares. I got in low enough (after the great 1996 crash) that even a small move would be OK. I don't really expect a big jump on this news but as usual, who knows -- we'll see.

Thanks alot for the comprehensive post. I completely missed it Friday.

Regards,
Randy
