I'm not here to dispute your post, but its important to remember the comments by H&Q are from a brokerage firm who initiated coverage participated in underwriting the IPO.

They have a vested financial interest in giving the stock as good a recommendation as possible.

Higher interest rates are a negative(at least short term) for financial stocks.
