There have been a number of nuclear research projects to
transmute tungsten into gold. Ikar has a deposit of tungsten
and gold that formed from ancient nuclear processes
associated with magma, etc. Are the recent Bank of England
sales of gold happening because of the tungsten deposit
that England has, and do they have any process figured out
to transmute it to gold? That could be an economical way to boost gold reserves, depending on process costs.
