Robert, I expected a little rationale for your point of view, somehow, "sick" did not sound to me exactly a logical argument.

Are you against "diversification" in general (which is not what I suggested), or against doing it during a down cycle (and then when on the down cycle?). You can do a lousy job like PMAT (later known as TRKN) did, or a pretty good job like AMAT has been doing for years (always picking up "cheap pieces" coming out of down turns), or as VECO has done last year.
