News Analysis II Subj: Re:News Analysis Date: 97-03-29 10:00:17 EST From: DPDIAMOND They will file 8K as soon as acquisition is closed...It will probably be a cash deal...they continue to stick with their plan, and continue acquisition process...I suspect the stock price is low due to number of factors, including class B warrants, which will increase common stock outstanding bu about 8,000,000 shares, and Potters control due to stock, i believe which has more voting rights then common( I cant remember if it is class A common, or preferred)..this company still continues to be a buy at 5 or less... long-term, target is still 8...I wonder since they might not make their performance fiqures, that they will have to make those contingency payments to former shareholders of acquired companies...this could be significant...
