If I were holding 400M, I believe that I could influence enough information out of to understand what was up. First, why don't you just dump, and pick up a double or tripple at 1/32 or 1/64. I assure you that if you dump 200M @ open, you can make that 400M by ten after for the same money if not more. Then you can dump again at twenty after, and so on and so on. I thinks you spread false information, or have few brains left.
