This is a great story. It was almost as good as the first time it was posted months ago. However--a couple of questions that have bothered me about this MIQ--Kinross deal since it took place.

1) If it was such a great deal for MIQ and Kinross wanted it so badly, why the hell didn't MIQ ask for some operating cash as part of the deal like you'd expect a real "heads up" company to do? It makes me more than a little suspicious of the company management because it too easily lends itself to making possible sweetheart deals when a need to raise cash through private placements occur.

2). If Kinross is currently so high on this prospect, why is the share price languishing at all-time lows (even given the POG)? You'd think at least those with MIQ or Kinross connections, or those in the know through work at the drilling sites would be scooping up shares.

I'm not saying this isn't a good speculative buy at this price; I'd just like to hear some reasonable answers to these questions. Until then, I'm highly suspicious of management competence and trustworthiness.
