Pat, re: the Lucent acquisition. Just more of the same for Lucent. Its quite obvious, this is becoming a two horse race. OK, maybe 3 or 4 if you consider NT, and maybe ALA. Companies like NN are fast becoming just niche players. The consolidation phase in this industry is occurring rapidly. All of the "pretty brides" are being chosen. I'm wondering if only the wallflowers remain???? gary
