Ken,

If the business model looked attractive to you when you purchased the stock, and nothing in the fundamentals has really changed, then at 11 bucks a share Mr. Market is having a clearance sale on CKFR.

MSFT announcement of waiving of charges to banks that support its Money product were taken as a negative. Apparently the Marble product announcement spooked investors too. And finally, Integrion announces Gold standard. No product, just a standard. This was not new news, yet was apparently a reason for some to to sell.

All these announcements do, along with OFX, is clear up the ground rules and remove some impediments to implementation of full featured home banking services by the financial institutions. The confidence level that this whole reverie can become a working reality has never been higher.

And CKFR is the dominant name in quality billpay and EBill service. And all of these home banking initiatives will require quality billpay to be included. And most financial institutions don't have the scope to do it in-house. So CKFR or somebody is going to get that bit of business. I don't see many other viable contenders to provide the service at this time.

Apparently the urge to dump shares and stop the pain has been irresistable for some of those that bought in the high teens.

Staying long

Brian
