B: FORTUNE RESOURCES CORP - Letter of Intent with First American Scientific
Corp.

New York, New York, Aug. 10, 1999 (Market News Publishing via COMTEX)
-- Tom Croft, President, announces that the company has entered a
letter of intent with First American Scientific Corp. to initiate
limited production at Fortune's Stormy claims in Winnemucca, Nevada.

The letter calls for FASC to supply their Kinetic Dehydrator System to
process dumps on the property that remain from previous artisanal
mining. If the KDS equipment functions well and grades and recovery are
acceptable the companies will expand the operation to encompass
material from quartz vein systems identified from previous workings on
the property.

The companies will share costs and revenues equally and a target start
up date of early September is anticipated. The property is prospective
for gold and silver.
