"...30 million households..." I don't think this was a primary WinStar target market, unless it's in a part of the business plan that has been kept secret. The MMDS frequency range that Sprint will be using cannot sustain the transfer rates of the higher GHz range - which is why it's suitable for the consumer/smallbiz market, but not the business market. Your opinion of Sprint must be much higher than mine, because I wasn't phased at all by this announcement though it seems like some investors were.
