Jason could you provide me with some info please. Back in the early summer you informed me that there would be 2 further aquisitions. I assume that these were the last 2 just made is that correct? Is the Goepel McDermid valuation being sent to Alpine shareholders and if not how does one get a copy. I assume Techcorp shareholders will receive one. Can it be posted on the web site? There appears to be some concern that this Techcorp transaction is not totally arms length. Are you planning to offer some rebuttal? One of the messages seems to indicate that the only sales made by Techcorp were to Alpine is this the case and if not what % was?
