United Internet Technologies Inc. Enters Licensing Agreement With NBC

UIT to Provide Full-Motion Internet Video Technologies

LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 10, 1999--United Internet Technologies, a wholly owned subsidiary of United Leisure Corp. (OTC BB:UTDL),
Tuesday announced that it has entered into an agreement with NBC, a division of General Electric Co. (NYSE:GE - news).

NBC has licensed the use of UIT's Parallel Addressing Video (PAV) and Digital Integrated Video Overlay (DIVO) technologies. The technologies will be used to
feature full-motion video of new and returning NBC shows, and will be ``hosted' by actress Megan Mullally of NBC's ``Will and Grace,' who will ``appear' in
full-motion video on the various pages of the Web site.

NBC has come up with another ``first' for the broadcast television industry announced John Miller, president of Advertising and Promotion & Event Programming
for NBC.

``Given the penetration of computers in television households and considering the enormous power of the Internet, we teamed with United Internet Technologies to
provide full-motion video previews of our new programs as well as a fun game contest,' said Miller.

``This is a first for any network and we're truly pleased to be working with United Internet Technologies and to be able to offer our viewers an opportunity to check
out our new fall shows and some of their favorite returning shows at their leisure and in a very accommodating and user-friendly Internet environment with this
amazing technology.'

In partnership with Microsoft (Nasdaq:MSFT - news), NBC owns and operates MSNBC, a 24-hour cable news network and a complementary Internet news
service at www.msnbc.com. Also, together with Microsoft and Dow Jones (NYSE:DJ - news), NBC operates CNBC-Dow Jones Business Video Services,
offering video and audio based financial news and information to financial professionals and institutions.

Other new media innovations from NBC include such interactive television initiatives as Microsoft's WebTV, Wink-enhanced programming with Wink
Communications, NBC Intercast with Intel (Nasdaq:ITNC - news), electronic program guides with Gemstar (Nasdaq:GMST - news)and on-demand entertainment
and shopping with Intertainer Inc.

Brian Shuster, president of UIT, said: ``We are thrilled to be in business with NBC. It represents an outstanding use of our applications and creative talents.'

Shuster went on to say: ``United Internet Technologies is positioning itself to become a strategic producer of full-motion video content programming and
entertainment for the Internet. Our relationship with NBC characterizes a direction for the company and represents the level of relationships that we are developing.

``We are building the templates for delivering new worlds of entertainment and e-commerce on the Internet. We look forward to building the future with companies
like NBC, Turner/Time Warner, EarthLink/Sprint (Nasdaq:ELNK - news) and some of our other clients and partners.'

UIT's video technologies for the Internet allow users to play broadcast-quality, full-motion video content by clicking on an icon in a Web page. The video content
appears and can be played full screen or in smaller windows, or can be stopped and started.

An additional feature allows site operators to place video on top of Web pages, which permits programming whereby full-motion video of talent can be placed on an
active Web page.

The company is also currently in production on an application for WCW a subsidiary of Turner Broadcasting, a Time Warner Co. (NYSE:TWX - news). WCW
licensed UIT's technology recently and is scheduled to launch in the fall of this year. The company has several other technologies and applications in development
and expects to make additional announcements in the coming months.
