To "Fuddle". I "kind-of" agree with what you just said about taking-out some of your profits when the stock price of one (1) of your stock investments DOUBLES in price. however - to me - the much better (financially speaking)thing to do is to sell JUST ENOUGH of your present amount of shares so that you end-up with a certain amount of TOTALLY FREE shares of stock!! i do this quite often with almost all of my stock investments and the "strategy" has most definitely worked out very well for me throughout the years. (IOW) i really LOVE to end-up with TOTALLY FREE SHARES OF STOCK - YES!! take care.
