I think we will see a strong rebound as we get into the Christmas selling season. I would not be prepared to buy as the stocks are continuing to trend down - they may do so through SEP or OCT. We are probably about ready for at least a minor rebound but that will likely be followed by more selling as many investors will take the opportunity to get out. One way I judge the mood of the market is when bad news no longer punishes all the stocks in the sector and good news is reason for stocks to rally. That hasn't happened yet, IMO.
