Mr. Terence Donahoe reports
Gammon Lake Resources has achieved significant intercepts in each of the first eight
holes from the phase II diamond drill program at the Brenda Mine Ocampo project.
Assay results from Chemex Labs of Vancouver continue to confirm excellent
grades. Hole BR-99-12 returned 53 metres of 2.8 grams per tonne gold equivalent
which included 22 metres of 4.8 g/t gold equivalent. Hole BR-99-11 returned a
high-grade intersection of nine metres of 10.2 g/t gold equivalent which included a
significant intersection of four metres of 20.4 g/t gold equivalent. Hole BR-99-13
contained an intersection of 19 metres at 2.6 g/t gold equivalent. The drilling
program continues at the Brenda Mine Ocampo project with Major Drilling Limited
as the drilling contractor. Gammon Lake will release results from the remaining holes
in phase II upon receipt of assay reports from Chemex Labs which are expected in
the next two weeks.
Recently reported bulk samples which total 1,574.3 tons have produced a gold
equivalent average grade of 12.5 g/t obtained from a width of two metres to six
metres. The drill, bulk sampling and earlier geological mapping programs have
produced a consistent picture of an excellent exploration property since the drill
program intersected mineralization where it was mapped and bulk sampled.
Management believes that results indicate the potential for a high-grade open pitable
operation.

*Factor is 100 grams silver as being equivalent to 1.9 grams of gold.
Gammon Lake's recent diamond drill program and bulk sampling at the Brenda
Mine project at Ocampo, Chihuahua State, Mexico have reinforced the strong
potential for these claims to host a low sulphide epithermal gold and silver deposit
with excellent grade to depth. Recent geological mapping has indicated in excess of
four kilometres of structure within the company's Ocampo claim group.
