James, We are not yet seeing the large volume on the downside that accompanies capitulation... If I were a BULL, that is exactly what I would want: heavy volume, high volatility and a 900+ billion trading day on volume. A shake-out in the market. And then the buying opportunity. Until you get this type of action, the bloodletting will continue. This is the slow death, cancerous type of negative trading activity that is psychologically damaging to the average investor. Hence, I think we will continue to go down with brief cut and run intermitent rallies that only the resident trader can capitalize on. Best, J.T.
