Hi Chris,
Are you familiar with the "Dorsey Wright " point and figure TA? They gave a short signal on Actel a few weeks ago, as supply had overtaken demand. But with Needhams upgrade, and Altr and Xlnx looking strong,
Actl looks like it wants to go higher soon. I sense they will be right on track with the street, if not better by a penny or two.
