Skip, I have no doubt that you are a qualified and successful engineer, and as a cheerleader for TSIS you are without peer's.. But I think we both know this company will without doubt have to go through another reversed split!. People continually put their hopes on the company's earnings potential, yet not one among us knows if this company has retained its customers, nor do we know if this company has renewed any of their contracts. We also know that the accompanies technology is off-the-shelf and consequently are unable to patent any of the technology that they use. I have Continually suggested that the best thing that could happened , would be for the company to be bought out. I now have come to relies that the likelihood of that happening is almost nonexistent, for their strength, that being the big-name companies that they do business with, is also there weakness, that is to say that without doubt TSIS's contracts are not assumeble and or transferable, and without the contract being transferable along with not having any protection on the technology they use the company only had their name and blue sky to offer a suitor.. Consequently for them to be a listed security and to be recognized by the investment community, as I see it there is no alternative other than a reversed split. Those of you that have lived through their last reversed split well find this hard to accept.
