You forgot these;

1) Register your shares and do your banking in the Cayman Islands to avoid the IRS.

2) Cry about ficticious short sellers to cover up the misdeeds of company principals.

3) Lie about your beneficial ownership while touting the stock to the naive.

4) Scalp the market in violation of Sect. 17(a) of the 1933 Act, something even a NY stockbroker, pretending to be a canadian citizen, and setting up in the cayman Isalnds in attempt to avoid detection.

How to get caught:
