Gary ...
I totally disagree with you. YOu are making statements without any substantiation. Don has repeatedly assured us that there will be no reverse split and that the stock will achieve higher prices on its own merit. When that is, who can say? Not I, that's for sure, as I expected it to be well above current levels by this time. But I do not believe there will be a reverse split. Perhaps at some time in the future there will be a share buyback, only time will tell -- and if you are so concerned, I suggest you make it your business to bring your "voting" presence to the shareholder meeting wherever it is held.

As for contracts being transferred ... how do you know that they cannot be transferred. I spoke about this sometime ago to Don and JJ, and was told that it would be possible to sell all or a portion of the business at anytime if they so desired and *if* they received the right price. You are making statements without anything to back it up. If you are so concerned, instead of making such remarks, I think you should call up the company and find out what clients we do and do not have. I know that we lost Homestake Mining (at least I think that is the company) but they weren't paying their bills! Understandable, considering what has happened to the gold market. And I think Applied Materials *may* have been lost as they were upset about the press release being put out with their name mentioned. I am not sure about that, but I remember it being a possibility last year. Other than that, I am pretty confident that we have retained most, if not all, of our other clients and have continued to add to our already impressive client list.

As for being recognized by the investment community ... well, I believe that will be taken care of in due course. First step is having strong revenue growth and positive earnings. This was accomplished in the last 2 quarters and will make TSIS profitable for the fiscal year. The second step is becoming fully reporting, and this process will be begun as soon as Don has the fully audited financials for the last fiscal year. He hopes to be able to file by early October ... prior to the AGM. Once we have obtained fully reporting status, have proven that our growth and earnings are sustainable, the investment community will take us seriously.

Gary, I am happy to read your comments, whether pro or con. But I ask you to refrain from putting out such *strong* comments as if they are fact, when in fact, you haven't even made one phone call to the company to substantiate anything you have claimed. I have confirmed everything I have stated here. If I have put anything forth that is not a fact, then I have been misled since this information came from the company.
