Remember Bays acquisistion of Phase2 Networks shortly before the merger. Apparently, Nortel is licensing the phase2 interoperable routing code to other developers of intelligent networking platforms. This routing code is interoperable with Cisco IOS. In addition, SiTera also announced that is has integrated Wind River Systems' embedded application development platform and integrated routing code from phase2 networks inc., a Nortel Networks company. news.excite.com
