The restructuring should have been outlined during the quarterly earnings announcement a few weeks ago. Belluzzo, Gomo and their ilk are clueless about the inner workings of the financial community. As a result this company is going to be left for dead and it will be the shareholders who suffer. This is a disgusting display of mismanagement.
