Here's something interesting about the last 13D filing... sec.gov The filing was done by William G. Walters. He happens to be the Chairman of Whale Securities. whalesecurities.com (From their website) "Whale Securities Co., L.P. is a private investment banking firm, founded in 1983, that provides financial and brokerage services to a select group of corporate, individual and institutional clients." They specialize in... CORPORATE FINANCE including - Public Offerings - Private Placements - Mergers & Acquisitions - Corporate Consulting They also handle BROKERAGE and TRADING... "Whale's trading desk has direct access to the floor of the New York Stock Exchange and the American Stock Exchange." Whale Securities also has ANALYSTS that provide RESEARCH and RECOMMENDATIONS (Whale Securities' Research Reports are also available on Multex.com) ... whalesecurities.com It's interesting that it is the Chairman of Whale Securities making this filing on PCES rather than just a broker or dealer.
