Larry, I agree with you that SFE does try to help shareholders. It is nice that management owns so much of sfe and takes the same risk. The share ration issue is a problem with management. The main question I have is how the new ipo structure vs old rights offering will play out. In the past, the rights always had a value and you could just sell them. I am not certain if all of its ipos will create the same stockholder dividends. It will be interesting to see how next ipo does. This is a terrible market for it to be going public. It will also be interesting to see if sfe delays any ipos because of market conditions. To be on track for last year and this year, sfe needs at least four more ipos before year end. I am doubtful that will happen now.
