Mark McNew: With respect, both you and Mitch are referring to US PTO procedures. As I understand it, and as stated on this board, the MRPS patent is German by origin. Please check the US PTO section on Foreign Patents. You will find there are many differences in the respective laws. Please correct me if I'm wrong about the German patent. Regards, DDMan
