I agree with you. I hope the USIT's holding it's own today is a good sign that SFE will not let an overpriced POS be brought to market. I hope that SFE does not neglect the other side of it's business (the straight tech stuff). CVSN shows that those companies are still worthwhile projects. I imagine anything out of XL Vision or anything on that side of the ledger will have the old rights offerings.
On the other side of the coin is that during the old days the rights were the only way we made money. SFE was selling near NAV and stuck in a trading range for years, even while CATP, CSCS etc were coming out and climbing.
The solution might be in a 2nd class of stock. We all get Pfd stock for $5 which we can convert to Common 1:1. The rest of the IPO market gets common. Lets see if we all can come up with a good plan.
