I did look it up in my dictionary, and it inlcudes "liquor-soaked layers of sponge cake." In which case, regretfully, I will have to pass, being a complete teetotaler. (I assume that the sponge cake is not cooked to pass off the alcohol and leave only the flavor; I am quite happy with that.) Unfortunately, in this day and age of AA, one has to clarify that one is not a teetoatler because of recovery from alcoholism. In my case, I have been so all my life.
