In a move to bring further search engine, harvesting and indexing technology to its forthcoming Internet business hub, WordCruncher Internet Technologies, Inc. (OTC BB: WCTI), has signed an embedded solutions partnership agreement with Dataware Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: DWTI) to integrate Dataware's InQuery search engine source code into its web site. InQuery is a highly advanced natural language search system that integrates information, retrieval, filtering and concept-mining tools with a framework for automatic knowledge sharing and collaboration.

WordCruncher also has signed a development and support agreement with the Applied Computing Systems Institute of Massachusetts (ACSIOM). These relationships will contribute to WCTI's development of an Internet hub for business professionals scheduled to be launched in fourth quarter 1999. "Dataware and ACSIOM offer an outstanding level of search expertise and will strongly enhance our efforts to provide the highest level of functionality for our users in the most timely manner possible," said Daniel Lunt, WCTI president and chief executive officer. "These agreements are important and valuable components of our development strategy. We will continue to augment our own efforts with the best ideas and solutions from capable partners to create a powerful business hub for business professionals."
