Steinmetz- Go back to the Yahoo thread where you belong.. To complain that Dell provides poor customer service is a weak argument indeed....Dell consistently (for years) has scored near/at the top in this category...I can not speak for your individual case (if true), but given more scientific sampling, it certainly seems to be the exception, not the rule.. No margins in large corporate accounts? Funny, Dell will make close to 480m this quarter...hmmm...wonder how they do that? If what you say is true (that small business, consumer) would be higher margin, the profit pool... Gateway, and others should be making a lot more money (than Dell)....given Dell's huge reliance on large corporations (and small % of consumer)... Sorry, your logic doesn't hold up... You are a stock "pumper"..that is clear from your post..hence, return thee to the Kingdom of Yahoo...
