The terms of the recent private placements should give some weight to Razor's risk-reward logic. This was not a convertible preferred. It was a simple purchase of 1,000,000 shares at or about $6.00 by one or two institutional buyers that most likely have access to better information than the rest of us. Razor bought in at a lower level and therefore has entered (VLNC) in a more favorable risk-reward scenario than this unnamed institution(s).
