I think we're going to have to agree to disagree on this one, Zeev.

First, DUV lithography isn't required for all layers yet. ... only the critical layers. That will change as minimum feature sizes approach 0.13µ and below. More and more layers will require CYMI's lasers.

That's one source of growth.

Another source of growth is the replacement of every single lithography tool plus building additional units as 300mm becomes "de rigeur".

By the time EUV is done, my investing years will be too.

And I'll continue to bet on the winner until it shows me that it's no longer sufficiently fit to run the race.
