Yes..... I agree with your curiosity but as I recall..... the amount of money Kinross agreed to spend on exploration costs (thru feasability) seems justifiable..... especially after 3, of the 4, new gold discoveries came after (?) the JV.
My cost was around $1.25 $USD..... until I lowered it to $.49 over the last year or so, however I have many more shares now. I am not sure that Kinross is not entertaining any buyouts..... or for that matter that they would not sellout or merge, and I am not sure that they won't find 10 or 20 million ozs of gold..... I am sure that "somebody" will have "mine(s)" operating on the property someday :-) This is just me thinking out loud..... I am also thinking that the world won't be the same six months from now and that what MIQ stock, I now own, won't be worth much less.....six months from now :-)

Also may I thank you for making me remember stuff I had forgotten :-)
