Remington-Hall Announces Resignation of Douglas T. Fonteno as Its Chairman

DALLAS, Aug. 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Remington-Hall Capital Corporation, (OTC Bulletin Board: REMH) a diversified real estate Investment firm, announced today it's Chairman, Douglas T. Fonteno has resigned, to pursue other interest.

"I have enjoyed working with Remington these last 2 years," stated former Chairman Douglas T. Fonteno, "However, now that Remington has in place, the new management team it needed, through Glenn Petty Jr. as President and Chip Langston as Chief Financial Officer, it will allow me to pursue other endeavors. I announce my resignation as Chairman of the Board, with the comfort the Company is in capable hands."

Douglas T. Fonteno, was the former President & CEO of Remington-Hall from August, 1997 to October, 1998 and has been its Chairman since August, 1997.

The Company has not yet announced who will be appointed as the new Chairman of the Board of Directors
