(OTC: CVIA) in preparation for a merger with a large commercial land developer company located in Cincinnati, Ohio, announces it has formed a new subsidiary company -- Corporate Vision Development Inc. In order to expedite the facilitation of this merger, the board of directors has decided a 2-for-1 forward split to be in the best interest of all participating parties and shareholders.
